Collaborated with mobile, banking technology, and Zelle to launch Charles Schwab’s first person to person payment offering
Recreated Balance pages, Search results, and Tax Center on desktop
Product collaborated with UX design to simplify, increase ease of use, and improve information discovery on balances, search results, and tax document pages. Client feedback and user research reflected a desire for a new summarized balance page to complement the existing detailed view. The desktop experience’s search results were refreshed to match broadly used search engines like Google and Bing. Tax documents were difficult to find and lacked a clear call to action for the client. These enhanced experiences can be viewed on invest.tdameritrade.com.

Multiple equity quotes now shown with price information, while the prior experience highlighted one equity with recent news headlines in focus

Recreated the year-end tax documents table by adding an easy to use dropdown, while also ensuring the documents show above the fold on page load
Implemented modern data strategies for desktop, mobile, and responsive web
Integrated various vendor and internal data sources to power frontend applications allowing clients to trade and view account balances. These services provide market news, investment research details, company logos, and other key information for clients to manage their investments.
